🔹Embodiment Coaching: a process that helps individuals connect to their bodies to foster greater awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. It focuses on physical sensations, breath, movements, posture, and mindfulness to explore how the body holds emotions, thoughts, and past experiences. Through embodiment, the client may reclaim the body’s power and increase the capacity for transformation by cultivating a more profound sense of presence, self-awareness, and alignment.

🔹Somatic Coaching: an approach that focuses on the connection between the body and mind, focusing on how thoughts, emotions, and experiences are stored in the body. Through various techniques and modalities, clients may gain access to, integrate, and ultimately release stored stress and trauma within the body, leading to emotional and mental shifts, improved emotional regulation, and healing.

🔹Nervous System Regulation Coaching: a process in which individuals learn to understand and manage their own nervous system responses to regulate stress, find emotional freedom, restore balance and calm, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system (window of capacity, relaxation response).
