Embodiment Coaching Embodiment coaching helps individuals connect to their bodies to foster greater awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. Through attention to physical sensations, breath, movement, posture, and mindfulness, we explore how the body holds emotions, thoughts, and past experiences. Clients may reclaim their body’s innate wisdom and expand their capacity for transformation, presence, and self-awareness.
Somatic Coaching Somatic coaching focuses on the connection between the body and mind, exploring how thoughts, emotions, and experiences are stored and expressed physically. Through various techniques and modalities, clients may access, integrate, and release stored stress and trauma, leading to emotional shifts, improved regulation, and deeper well-being.
Breathwork Coaching Breathwork coaching uses intentional breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and cultivate greater clarity and calm. Breathwork is a powerful and accessible tool for managing stress, moving through emotions, and reconnecting with the body’s innate wisdom.

Pricing and Packages
All sessions are virtual. Equitable pricing is available for low-income clients based on need. Monthly and biweekly payment plans are available through automatic payments.
What to Expect
Taking the first step toward something new can feel uncertain, and that’s completely okay. Here’s a little of what you can expect when working with Dr. Anna at Hope Storm.
The Consultation Your journey begins with a free 30-minute consultation. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other, talk about where you are and where you want to go, and explore whether Hope Storm feels like the right fit for you. There is no obligation, just an open, honest conversation.
The Intake Session If we decide to move forward together, we’ll start with an intake session of up to 120 minutes. This is where we go deeper, exploring your story, your goals, and what you most want to work on. It lays the foundation for everything that follows.
Ongoing Sessions Sessions are up to 60 minutes and held virtually, wherever you are. We work at your pace. There is no rushing, no agenda pushed on you. Every session is guided by what feels most important and relevant to you in that moment.
Between Sessions All packages include messaging support between sessions so you are never left navigating things alone. You’ll also receive a 20% discount on other Hope Storm services.
A Note on Pace Healing and growth are not linear. Some sessions will feel transformative. Others may feel quieter. All of it is part of the journey, and all of it is valid.
