4. Client responsibilities Clients are active and responsible participants in their own healing journey. By engaging Hope Storm’s services, you agree to: participate openly and honestly; disclose all past or present psychological, psychiatric, and medical history that may impact the coaching or hypnotherapy relationship; inform the Hope Storm provider of any physical or mental conditions; and understand that you are fully responsible for your own well-being and the decisions you make before, during, and after sessions.
5. Confidentiality Hope Storm follows strict confidentiality protocols to protect all client information. Information shared in sessions will be kept confidential except in the following circumstances: you grant written permission to release information to a specific individual or agency; there is a report of child abuse or neglect; you are an imminent danger to yourself or others; or records are subpoenaed by a court. Occasionally, the Hope Storm provider may consult with colleagues regarding approach or ethics, but clients will not be identified by name or other identifying markers.
