The Initial Consultation We start with a conversation to get to know each other, talk about your organization’s needs and goals, and explore whether Hope Storm is the right fit. There is no obligation, just an honest, open conversation.

The Assessment Once we decide to move forward, I take time to understand your organization more deeply. This may include a needs assessment, conversations with key stakeholders, and a review of existing policies, procedures, and culture. This foundation ensures that every recommendation is grounded in your specific context.

The Engagement Consulting engagements are fully customized; there are no minimum commitments and no one-size-fits-all programs. We work collaboratively to design an approach that fits your organization’s needs, timeline, and budget. Engagements may include training, workshops, leadership coaching, policy development, ongoing support, or any combination of the above.
