What to Expect

Every training and educational engagement at Hope Storm is thoughtfully designed, professionally delivered, and tailored to your audience. Here’s what you can expect when working with Dr. Anna:

The Consultation Every engagement begins with a free consultation to discuss your goals, your audience, and what you most want participants to walk away with. This conversation is the foundation for everything that follows.

The Design Based on your needs, Dr. Anna will design or customize a training experience specifically for your group. This may draw from existing topics, combine elements from multiple trainings, or be built entirely from scratch. You will know exactly what to expect before the training begins.

The Delivery Trainings are engaging, interactive, and grounded in both research and real-world experience. Dr. Anna weaves together evidence-based content, somatic and embodiment practices, storytelling, and practical tools, creating a learning experience that is not just informative but deeply impactful and immediately applicable.

The Format Hope Storm trainings are available in a variety of formats including:

  • Single workshops and presentations
  • Lunch and learns
  • Half day and full day intensives
  • Multi-session series
  • Retreats
  • Virtual or in-person depending on location and needs

After the Training Participants leave with practical tools and knowledge they can apply immediately. Training certificates are available for qualifying trainings. Ask about this during your consultation.

A Note on the Work Trauma-informed education is not just about transferring knowledge. It is about creating experiences that shift perspective, build capacity, and inspire lasting change. Every Hope Storm training is designed with that intention.

Continuing Education

Hope Storm provides certificates of completion confirming hours of training for participants who require documentation of professional development or continuing education hours. These certificates can be used to support continuing education requirements with relevant licensing or credentialing organizations, though acceptance is determined by each individual organization.

If your organization or licensing body requires pre-approval for continuing education hours, Hope Storm is happy to work with you to explore that process. Ask about this during your consultation.

Pricing

Education and training engagements are contract-based and tailored to the specific needs of each client. Pricing is based on the scope, length, format, and number of participants. There are no minimum commitments, from a single lunch-and-learn to a multi-day retreat, Hope Storm works within your budget and timeline.

Equitable pricing options are available for nonprofits and service-based organizations.
